Arrive by Plane
We welcome you to arrive at the air show by plane. Single-engine piston aircraft may land throughout the weekend, except when the airport is closed for the flying portion of the show. The Virginia Beach Airport is a private use airfield and aircraft are not permitted to land without permission. This is normally not approved with the exception of air shows. Call or e-mail Mike Spalding airshows@aviationmuseum.us
Pilots with WWII Aircraft Receive Free Services!
Pilots wishing to bring their World War Two aircraft for display and flight will be offered en-route fuel, hotel accommodations, meals, and ground transportation. Prior approval is required. Call or e-mail Mike Spalding airshows@aviationmuseum.us
