Warbirds Over the Beach Show 2010

The Military Aviation Museum will host the second annual weekend event to be held  at the Virginia Beach Airport.  The event will be open to the general public and will be held the weekend of May 22-23 on Saturday and Sunday.

May 22 - 23, Saturday & Sunday
Time: Gates open at 8:30 AM each day and airplanes will begin flying at 1:00 PM each afternoon.
Plenty of on and off-site parking.
Bring your beach chairs and camera.

Friday, May 21, 2010

• Re-enactors set up encampments and visiting warplanes arrive.
  
  
• Visit Fighter Factory in nearby Suffolk, our aircraft maintenance and restoration facility at the Suffolk Municipal Airport.

Saturday, May 22, 2010

• 8:30am - Gates Open for All
  
  
• 9:00am - Double Decker Bus departs Cavalier Hotel
  
  
• 10:00am - Live Musical Entertainment Commences
  
  
• 1:00pm - Aircraft Flight Operation Begin
  
  
• 3:30pm - Airplanes Land for End of Flying
  
  
• 4:00-5:30pm - Bus to Cavalier and Back
  
  
• 5:00pm - Steak Dinner (advanced ticked required)
  
  
• 7:00pm - Hangar Dance with Big Band
  
  
• 10:00pm - Taps - Conclusion of dance. Bus returns to Cavalier Hotel
