Keegan Chetwynd

Keegan Chetwynd is the director of the Military Aviation Museum in Virginia Beach, a one-of-a kind destination where histor ic aircraft are preserved and flown amidst a backdrop of historic structures recovered from military airfields around the world. Keegan has more than a decade of experience working in Museums and Cultural Heritage sites in both the United States and Canada, working in the fields of Visitor Services, Collections Management & Curation, Education, Public Program ming and Interpretive Master Planning.

Keegan was a founding member of the team that established the Comic-Con Museum in San Diego, CA, and was a member of the Headquarters staff at the Commemorative Air Force for 5 years, during which time he was a leading member of the team that saved, and returned to flight, That’s All, Brother the C-47 which led the Allied airborne drops on D-Day.

Keegan was born in Singapore and lived in Dubai but now calls Norfolk, Virginia home.
