With the Battle of Stalingrad beginning on August 23, 1942 this 80th Anniversary presentation will address the role of logistics and air support on the Eastern Front. The Ju 52 would find itself thrust into a role it was ill-suited for, with men depending on it for even the most basic supplies. This Ju 52 is the only airworthy example of its type in North America.
