Volunteer Application

I agree by submitting this application that I fully understand that I am making a commitment to MAM: by serving a minimum of at least two four-hour shifts per month, by completing the basic training program, by submitting to a police background check, by complying with all museum policies and procedures, and by continuing to improve my understanding of the museum's volunteer needs as well as its exhibits. I understand the New Volunteer Training Manual must be completed within 30 days of my interview before I may begin to actively volunteer at museum events.
